They controlled the first half to take an 18-6 lead into the break and by the end of the match were unlucky not to win by more than the eight point margin.

Wes Charles scored a try and created two others to take the man of the match award whilst Liam Gill had a 100 per cent goal kicking record on his way to Man of the Match Runner Up.

A brace of tries for Sam Schofield saw him scoop Top Try Scorer and Best Try and Luke Burrow took the best tackle plaudits and shared Most Improved with William Ellwood-Tiffany.

Tom Halliwell won the Best
Tackle award and Robbie Clements and Harry Siddle made good ground going forward.

Fullback Ben Smith scored a fine try from acting half and Liam Mossby rounded off a flowing move to cross in the corner.

Azza Oliver and Adam Taylor made some fine runs and James Barraclough and Jordan Stead put in some telling tackles out wide.
